Marks & Spencer

Major UK retailer M&S is a sustainability pioneer in the retail industry. With its Plan A initiative, M&S collaborates with its suppliers to help them offer more sustainable food and consumer product options. The concept for Carbonostics came from conversations the Bluehorse founder and managing director Sara Pax had with M&S who was seeking a tool that was affordable and practical to conduct lifecycle analyses on a large volume of food and consumer goods products. Bluehorse continues to consult with M&S to ensure our metric tools respond to the need of all sectors the FMCG industry.

BioAgricert

BioAgricert is an Italy-based Control and Certification Body, founded in 1984, which offers a wide range of certifications to qualify processes and products. Bioagricert started its activity as Certification Body of organic food products and has now extended its activity to new sectors, including cosmetics, textile and environmental certification. Bioagricert concentrates its efforts on the development of environmental certification because environmental protection is an increasingly pressing issue all over the world.

Bioagricert is accredited by the Italian Ministry of Food and Forestry Politics (MiPAAF) and it is enrolled in the European Union list of authorized Certification Bodies with code 007. Bioagricert is also accredited according to the UNI CEI EN n° 45011.

Bioagricert Head Office is located in Bologna, Italy, but the organization is also present in East Europe, Mediterranean Basin, South & East Asia (offices in Thailand and China), Latin America (office in Mexico), South Korean, India and Polynesia.
